Kia Ora. My name is Erica Jeffs. I live with my loving husband, two cats, and two dogs in Hastings, New Zealand. We are proud parents of two amazing adults and grandparents to a delightful grandson.

My approach to Healing Therapies is to offer a safe, nourishing and welcoming space for you to experience yourself as you are and for us to work together to create a gentle feedback process for you to begin to move forward.
My work is informed by my extensive studies and life experiences, including parenting, trauma, grief, love and interest in the deeper meaning and purpose of life.
